Ellis Haven caters to families only. We do not rent sites to people under the age of 21.
No charge for children under 5 years of age.
Only 1 dog per family ($2.00 per day.)
No pets and no smoking in cabins.
Check-in time for campsites is 2:00PM / check-out time is 1:00PM.
Check-in time for cabins is 3:00PM / check-out time is 11:00AM.

Our rental cabins are fully furnished and overlook Ellis Pond. Each two-room cabin sleeps 4 people (and is based upon a family of 4.) Cabins include a full kitchen (with sink, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware and utensils), full bath (with shower/tub combination unit), 1 full bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 sleep sofa, TV (with cable), electric heat, deck, and outdoor picnic table and fire ring. Cabins are not air conditioned and do not include linens or towels.

If space is available, we will telephone you to confirm your reservation. If space is unavailable, we will e-mail you our regrets. For this reason, it is necessary for you to include your home telephone number and a valid e-mail address with all reservation requests. Please remember that you do not have a reservation until it has been confirmed, and a reservation can not be confirmed until your deposit has been processed and authorized. Reservation Policies:
• We do our best to honor specific site requests; however, we cannot
 guarantee your choice.
• Reservations for periods of 2-5 nights must be made
 at least two weeks prior to your date of arrival.
• Holiday weekends require a 4 night minimum stay.
Payment Terms:
• 50% Deposit Required with the confirmation of your reservation request.
• Payment due in full 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
• 15 Day Notice – Full refund, minus $10 service charge.
• 7 Day Notice – Credit available.

Anyone asked to leave the campground
will not be issued a refund.
